Refunds for Playground Admission
Request to refund for Playground Admission shall be accepted if the admission reservation is not used to check-in. For any reason, if the customer uses the Admission to check-in and enter the playground, a request to refund is not granted, the Admission is not refundable. Online purchased can not be refunded.
Refunds for Monthly Membership
Request to refund for Monthly Membership shall be accepted if the membership admission reservation is not used to check-in at any time. For any reason, once the customer uses the Membership Admission to check-in for the first time, a request to refund is not granted, the Membership is not refundable.
Refunds for Arcade Game Card
Request to refund for Arcade Game Card shall be accepted if the card is not used to activate any game. For any reason, if the customer uses the card for any games, or the card value is less than the original purchase, a request to a refund is not granted, the Card is not refundable. Online purchased can not be refunded.
Refunds for Party Packages
The deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling of the parties will be accommodated within two weeks of the party date (subject to availability). Any event canceled within less than 14 days will forfeit their deposit.
Depending on the payment method of the customers, the refund charges can cost from $0 up to 5% the paid amount.
Refunds, once approved and processed, can take from 3 – 10 business days to appear on your financial records.
There shall be no exception for this stated refund policy.
